In-Store Purchases
If you’re not over the moon with your in-store purchase, you may exchange or return for store credit within fourteen days of purchase with original receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and accessories attached. Sale, discounted items, swimwear, bodysuits and lingerie, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Online Purchases
If you’re not head over heels in love with your online purchase, you may return for original payment within seven days of purchase. If you’d prefer to exchange or receive store credit, you will have fourteen days. To return, please email: [email protected] and we will respond within two business days. Once you have been authorized to make your return or exchange, send back the items to: 836 West Lancaster Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010. Please note, all sale, outlet items, swimwear, bodysuits and lingerie are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Please keep in mind that Kindred Collective is not responsible for normal wear and tear on an item. Once the tag is removed, we are no longer responsible for any damages that occur to that item.
